All items will be shipped via UPS or fed ex or common carrier. All orders are processed immediately once payment is made by credit card. We accept Visa or MasterCard.

Return Policy Details

1. Your order must be addressed as shown above. If there is no RMA number on the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
2. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of when you received your order from Victory Electrical Supply's. After 30 days, the Manufacturer's Warranty will be honored.
3. All Returns must be packaged in the original box and packaging material that it was received in. We do not accept partial returns on any product.
4. Victory Electrical Supply pays shipping only on returns where we have made a mistake such as sending the wrong item.
5. Under normal operation, RMA Returns will be repaired or replaced based on circumstance and then shipped back to the customer. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paid by check.
